Why is it that the first time you open the package, my head protector is wrinkled?
Our head protector are compressed and packed, so they are slightly wrinkled when unpacked. Don't worry, leave it for a day after unpacking and it will recover.

Does the fall guard I bought protect my baby's head in all directions？
Our head protector can only protect the back of the baby's head and the back of the body. If the baby falls side or forward, it is recommended to buy our upgraded 270° head protector or buy an anti-fall helmet.

Where is chest strap of the Yellow Corgi or Dark Blue Devil?
The chest strap of the Corgi and Devil are separated from the head protector pad. They were individually placed in package.Please refer to the second picture for the installation steps
