At Blooms Baby Care, your satisfaction is our top priority. We’re committed to delivering high-quality products and outstanding customer service. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with our 30-day return policy.

Order Cancellation
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may already be processed or shipped, and changes may not be possible. If your cancellation is approved, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Returns & Refunds
We gladly accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

1. The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

2. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

3. All returns must be approved by our team before sending the item back.

Please note:

1. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

2. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

3. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply for returns made without approval or outside the 30-day window.

Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days. It may take a few extra days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

All refunds are issued in USD (U.S. Dollars), based on your original payment. Any exchange rate differences or international transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost or offer a full refund.

Note: Cosmetic damage to packaging (like dents or creases) is not considered product damage if the item itself is unaffected.

Product Safety Notice
We take product safety seriously. Please follow all usage instructions and safety guidelines included with your product and listed on our website. If you experience discomfort or have concerns, stop using the product immediately and reach out to us through our Contact Page.

Shipping & Delivery
While we aim to ship your order promptly, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. For tracking or delivery issues, please contact the shipping provider directly.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.
